The 5 Essential Elements of Wellbeing

Gallup's comprehensive studies have revealed five universal, interconnected elements that shape our lives: Career Wellbeing, Social Wellbeing, Financial WellbeingPhysical Wellbeing and Community Wellbeing.
While 66% of people are doing well in at least one of these areas, just 7% are thriving in all five

When we strengthen our wellbeing in any of these areas, we will have better days, months, and decades. But we will not get the most out of our lives unless we are living effectively in all five. The single biggest threat to our own well-being tends to be ourselves. We often allow our short-term decisions to override what's best for our long-term wellbeing.

This interactive session deep dives into each of these 5 areas and encourages you to examine how well you are thriving, recognise your motivations - on a personal basis and as a team, with strategies, practical tools and insightful tips to help you work in your own best interests, feel more fulfilled and be a part of a workforce that is happier, healthier, and more productive.

Laura Everest Keynote. Empowering Women

Empowering Working Women

Despite the amazing success of many female entrepreneurs and business leaders, the fact remains that women are still less likely than men to scale their companies to their full potential and there is still a gender disparity, with women –particularly women of colour –being underrepresented at every level.

It’s time to push the boundaries.

With practical strategies and shared insights for helping you THRIVE, this workshop is designed to help you:

  • Recognise where you are strong and learn to leverage your talents

  • Sharpen your skills and elevate the work that will define you

  • Focus with positive intent on mental and emotional wellbeing, so that you have the clarity to make the right decisions for both you and in your business

Laura Everest Keynote - Creating Balance

Creating Balance

What does your post-Covid work-life balance look like?

We have all felt the pressure of juggling our commitments to successfully combine our work, family responsibilities and our health. In a bid to accomplish our goals and to succeed on all fronts, we’ve blurred boundaries, extended our working hours and have been so busy ‘doing’ - but often failed to find time for the things we really want to do.

Creating balance is not an outcome. It’s the ongoing process of making intentional choices about how we use our time and energy.

This interactive session focuses on how you can reset your boundaries, gain flexibility and succeed in this still disruptive climate,  with strategies, practical tools and insightful tips that are essential for controlling productivity, managing stress and boosting well-being.

Laura Everest Keynote - Finding your Why

Finding Your

WHY

What motivates you to get up in the morning?

What drives you to do what you do?

What’s your passion?

It’s impossible to improve your life unless you know what matters to you most.

We all want to reach our potential and feel our life has meaning. Living with purpose means focusing on things that matter most to you. Knowing your purpose may compel you to take on challenges that will stretch you as much as they inspire you.

If you don’t have a clear understanding of your “why”, you are likely to work to live up to someone else’s “why” in the absence of your own.

This session focuses on determining your purpose, understanding your motivation, providing you with clarity and direction, realise which goals you should pursue and what you should be saying no to and allowing you to measure your progress and know when you have met your goals.
