In 2013, a near-fatal accident changed everything.
More than 20 surgeries later, I've had to rebuild — not just physically but how I lead, perform and live. That experience has reshaped how I understand resilience, pressure and what it truly takes to sustain performance.
Today, I combine that perspective with more than 30 years of global leadership experience supporting leaders navigating complexity and change.

I work with senior and executive leaders, high-potential and emerging talent, and organisations developing their leadership and teams — from Dubai, working globally. My engagements span one-to-one advisory, group programmes and keynote speaking.
Do you work remotely or in person?
Both. I deliver coaching and advisory virtually or in person, and I can host keynotes and workshops at your venue or event — for clients internationally.
What makes your approach different?
It's strengths-based and grounded in my own lived experience. As a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach with three decades of leadership experience, I focus on what people naturally do best — building resilience, leadership energy and sustainable high performance rather than quick fixes.
