Strengths-based leadership & performance under pressure.
Helping leaders strengthen performance, navigate pressure and lead with greater clarity, confidence and resilience.

Everything I do rests on four things.
Strengths, applied where leadership is hardest.
I work with leaders at different stages of their leadership journey — from high-potential talent through to senior executives — helping them strengthen leadership effectiveness, apply strengths strategically and sustain performance in demanding environments.
My approach is grounded in advanced CliftonStrengths application, leadership development and real-world resilience, helping leaders sustain leadership energy and perform at their best under pressure and complexity.

In 2013, a near-fatal accident changed my life.
It reshaped how I understand resilience, leadership and performance under pressure. Since then, I have undergone more than 20 surgeries and experienced first-hand what it means to rebuild through uncertainty, setbacks and change.
That experience deepened my understanding of how strengths influence not only success, but also how we navigate pressure, recovery and challenge.
Today, that perspective shapes how I support leaders in sustaining clarity, confidence and performance in demanding environments.
Practical, and built to last.
I combine strengths-based performance, leadership coaching and resilience strategies to support leaders navigating pressure, complexity and change.
My focus is always practical application — helping leaders strengthen decision-making, communicate effectively and perform at a high level in a way that is sustainable and aligned to how they work best.
